Salt and Honey Clothing Brand Ambassador Program Terms and Conditions
Welcome to the Salt and Honey Clothing Brand Ambassador Program! By participating in this program, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully, as they outline the expectations, responsibilities, and benefits associated with your role as an ambassador.
1. Program Overview
The Salt and Honey Clothing (SHC) Brand Ambassador Program is designed to build a community of individuals passionate about sharing the Gospel through faith-inspired apparel. Ambassadors promote SHC products and mission while earning benefits and rewards.
2. Eligibility
To participate in the SHC Brand Ambassador Program, you must:
- Be at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent if under 18.
- Reside in a country where participation in such programs is not prohibited by law.
- Agree to represent SHC and its mission authentically and respectfully.
3. Ambassador Responsibilities
As an SHC Ambassador, you agree to:
- Promote SHC Products: Share high-quality, authentic content featuring SHC apparel and digital products (e.g., the Stewardship Planner or Bible Study Journal).
- Maintain Activity: Make at least one SHC purchase every three months to ensure authenticity when promoting products.
- Share Your Referral Code: Use and share your unique referral code to provide a 15% discount to your audience.
- Tag SHC in Content: Tag @saltandhoneyclothing in your social media posts and use relevant hashtags, including #SaltAndHoneyClothingBrandAmbassador.
- Adhere to Brand Values: Represent the SHC mission by fostering hope, encouragement, and faith-filled inspiration in alignment with the Gospel.
Ambassadors who remain inactive (no purchases or content shared) for 90 consecutive days may be removed from the program.
4. Compensation and Rewards
As an SHC Ambassador, you are eligible to receive:
- Discounts: 20% off personal purchases.
- Referral Commissions: Earn 5% commission on every sale made using your referral code.
- Additional Incentives: Opportunities to participate in challenges, receive free products, or be featured on SHC’s social media platforms.
Payment Policy:
- Commissions are processed on a monthly basis.
- Ambassadors must reach a minimum commission threshold of $20 for a payout.
- If the $20 threshold is not met within a payment cycle, commissions will roll over to the next cycle until the minimum is reached.
- Payments are issued via PayPal and may take up to 5 business days to process after the payout date.
Note: Commissions are calculated based on the net revenue of referred sales, excluding taxes, shipping, and discounts. Payments will not be issued for returns or canceled orders.
5. Content Guidelines
To ensure consistency and authenticity, all ambassadors must adhere to the following guidelines:
- Quality Standards: Submit clear, well-lit photos or videos showcasing SHC products.
- Content Ownership: You must own or have permission to use any photos, videos, or other content you share.
- Positive Representation: Avoid content that is offensive, divisive, or misaligned with SHC’s faith-based mission.
- Compliance: Follow all applicable laws, including disclosing affiliate relationships (e.g., using #ad or #ambassador).
6. Termination and Removal
Salt and Honey Clothing reserves the right to remove ambassadors from the program at its sole discretion. Reasons for removal may include:
- Inactivity (no purchases or content shared) for days.
- Misrepresentation of SHC or its mission.
- Violation of these terms and conditions or applicable laws.
- Behavior deemed harmful to the SHC brand, mission, or community.
Ambassadors removed from the program may reapply after addressing the issue(s) that led to removal.
7. Intellectual Property
Salt and Honey Clothing retains all rights to its intellectual property, including logos, graphics, and branding materials. Ambassadors may only use SHC assets for promotional purposes as part of this program. Unauthorized use or alteration of SHC’s intellectual property is prohibited.
8. Privacy and Data Use
By participating in the SHC Brand Ambassador Program, you consent to SHC’s collection and use of your personal information (e.g., name, email, social media handles) for program-related purposes. SHC will not sell or share your information with third parties without your consent.
9. Disclaimer
Participation in the SHC Brand Ambassador Program does not create an employment, agency, or partnership relationship between you and Salt and Honey Clothing. Ambassadors are considered independent affiliates and are solely responsible for their own taxes and legal obligations.
10. Modifications
Salt and Honey Clothing reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Ambassadors will be notified of significant changes via email. Continued participation in the program constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
